Join eXp in Jason's downline
For agents anywhere eXp Realty operates who want Jason as their sponsor.
eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage operating in 27 countries. When you join eXp you name a sponsor. Naming Jason places you in his downline and in the community he learns and builds with.
Two eXp programs come with that structure. Both are described here as programs that exist, with no amounts attached.
- Revenue share
- An eXp program. When a sponsored agent closes a transaction, eXp directs a portion of the company's share of that commission to agents in the sponsorship lineage, under eXp's published schedule. This site does not quantify it.
- Stock awards
- An eXp program. Agents can receive company stock through programs tied to specific milestones, as set out in eXp's own materials.
- Monday Mastermind
- Weekly, Mondays at 12pm Central, hosted by the Fast Forward Movement, a community Jason is a member of. The meeting password is available on request.

For agents who have just joined eXp with another sponsor and want a second mentor.
eXp lets a newly onboarded agent name a co-sponsor within the first 5 days of onboarding. The agent incurs no fees. The primary sponsor keeps their full revenue share; a co-sponsorship takes nothing from them.
What you add is a second mentor and a second network: Jason, his systems, and a standing seat at the Monday Mastermind.
- Window
- The first 5 days of onboarding. This is eXp's rule. If you are inside it, include your onboarding date in your application.
- Cost
- None. The agent incurs no fees.
- Your sponsor
- Keeps their full revenue share.

Findahome.com and Buscatucasa.com carry agent profiles across 17 states and Puerto Rico. Buscatucasa serves Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers. A profile is how the sites connect someone in your market with a local agent.
There are two ways in.
