FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Mechanisms, not projections. Where a number belongs to eXp or to an interview, it stays there.

01

What does the team split conversation cover?

The Find A Home Team, brokered by eXp Realty, runs on a split model that differs from a solo eXp agent's. No numbers are published on this site.

In the interview, Jason walks through how the split works, what the team provides in return (mentoring, leads, the Find A Home search app, Fello, Follow Up Boss, and listing support with a photography budget and signage), and how the arrangement is reviewed over time. The right structure depends on your market and what you bring, which is why it is a conversation.

02

What is revenue share?

Revenue share is an eXp Realty program. When an agent you sponsored closes a transaction, eXp directs a portion of the company's share of that commission to agents in the sponsorship lineage, according to eXp's published schedule. It comes from eXp's side of the commission, not from the agent's.

This page describes the mechanism only. It makes no projection about what any agent will receive, and eXp's own materials are the source for the schedule, eligibility, and any changes.

03

What are stock awards?

eXp offers agents ways to receive company stock through programs tied to specific milestones, as described in eXp's own materials. Details, eligibility, and any vesting terms come from eXp, not from this site.

04

Do I have to be in Tennessee or Alabama?

Only for the Find A Home Team, brokered by eXp Realty, which works in Tennessee and Alabama. The downline is open anywhere eXp Realty operates, in 27 countries. The referral networks cover 17 states and Puerto Rico.

05

What is the Fast Forward Movement?

A community of eXp agents that Jason is a member of. It hosts the weekly Monday Mastermind at 12pm Central. It is not Jason's company. The meeting password is available on request; ask for it in your application.

06

What does co-sponsorship cost, and who does it affect?

Nothing. The agent incurs no fees. The primary sponsor keeps their full revenue share; adding Jason as a co-sponsor takes nothing from them. eXp allows the co-sponsor to be named within the first 5 days of onboarding.

07

How do I get listed on Findahome.com or Buscatucasa.com?

Two ways. Write to REFERRAL_CONTACT_EMAIL with your license state and the markets you serve, or join Jason's eXp downline. Downline agents are included on both networks.

08

What is Buscatucasa?

Buscatucasa.com is the Spanish-language sister site to Findahome.com. It serves Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers across the same 17 states and Puerto Rico, with agent profiles in the same networks.

09

What happens after I apply?

A person reads it. The next step depends on the path: an interview conversation for the team, a walk through eXp onboarding for the downline or co-sponsorship, and a request for your license details for a referral profile.
